Kirkland Kirkland Kirkland. I had the same problem with Licorice. He came to me on Purina Pro and always had such wet stools. I was totally kerflummoxed by this because my old Husky NEVER had that problem, no matter what she ate.
Then I found out from a family member of a co-worker that she owns 4 greyhounds and live in Florida. She strongly recommended Kirkland to me. I have found that the wild salmon and sweet potato one works the best for him.
I'm interested in that Country Value Complete dog food for Greyhounds but I haven't been able to find it anywhere in Canada :/

Joe had very runny stools the first few months we had him. Got cleared by the vet and we started trying out different brands. I find it so funny that he did very poorly on all of the higher end grain free brands, and is now thriving on Purina... We tried Merrick, Acana, Fromm, that PetValu brand, and another that I cannot remember the name of. The Purina was a happy accident. My parents feed it to their hounds (Beagles and Redbones), and when over for a visit Joe snuck into the bag and feasted on it! I was dreading the explosive diarrhea, but later that day and into the next he had perfect BMs! So Joe's been on that for several months now, and is doing well. I supplement with omegas though, because over the winter he got a little dandruffy by the base of his tail.
I'd love to start feeding Joe raw, but don't know if I should try and fix something that isn't broken...

My two Broodies were on a modified raw diet that I mixed with kibble. I too used the Pet Value brand Performatrim Ultra Grain Free which I believe uses Salmon & Duck as meat sources. Very good value and has loyalty purchasing program as well. If parasites have been ruled out then next step is to rule out grains & chicken as they can be awful for sensitive tummies. What kind of treats are you feeding because they could be the culprit. I would go with only dehydrated meat/organ treats at this point as opposed to a biscuit type treat. Good luck!
