Members, I just installed this forum today and wanted to put it out quicky, so we can all re-connect after our bad Guest Book experience. However, I am still learning the functions and administrative navigations, and currently configuring things here.
As soon as I know how to post pictures and do other jazzy stuff here, I will let you know here. So, please be patient with me.
Krissy

I am not very computer savvy and I don't quite understand the smite and karma pieces. Could you post an explanation when you have a chance? Thanks.

Karma/smite are ways to make members look good or bad.I suggest it be disabled by Admin under admin options/general settings.

totally agree with you John...thanks for your advice on this...this forum is all about the 'greys', not the humans they've allowed to adopt them....

To post photos you can use a site like Photobucket.com. Just create an account (free), upload your photos and Photobucket will provide you with three different kinds of links to use. You would then copy/paste that link to your post on this message board. Most message boards support IMG tags, so you'd use the link containing those tags. If this board doesn't support IMG tags then you can use the http:// link. Photobucket also resizes the images automatically. Example: here's the link to the pic of Eagle's head from my signature with the IMG tags removed so you can see the link: img.photobucket.com/albums/v388/coliebrie/EagleHead.jpgTo view the pic you'd click on the link. When I add the IMG tags you will see the pic automatically:
