I'm not in the area and unable to provide any assistance except that you could fashion a reasonable facsimile with a piece of fleece, if only temporarily. It wouldn't need hemming. Snaps or velcro crudely sewn on could "bridge the gap". I used a safety pin on the belly opening and a simple machine stitch at the front (could've been done by hand) of a piece of beige fleece. Even though it wasn't meant to be part of her permanent wardrobe, I got good feedback. It did the job until the custom-made coat arrived. Here's a photo of Emily wearing it, if you can pick her out:

Jiffer on this board makes coats if you can pursuade her to here is one of my boys in one of her spring/fall coats: PS. are you the person I met walking in london on Sunday? Also, if you check out the "merchandise" section of the forum, you should find some local vendors.

Hi! We're also in London! We ordered our girl's coats from Dog e Designs (Glencoe). They're quite nice and have served the girls well. I ordered by the website on a Sunday and by Thursday it was in my mailbox. She may also have some premade ones that could be shipped more quickly. It may be worth calling her (name, contact # etc is on line. Congrats on your new furkid!
