Hi Everyone! I'm mom to a wonderful girl, Dora (Legs Eudora) My daughters and I adopted her from Bill last September. We had quite a few trials to work through, LOL. We love her to pieces! We also have two orange tabbys, Rusty and Tyger. Rusty is 13 and not doing so well. We would love to have another grey but have decided not to put any added stress on Rusty. Someday! Glad to have this forum up and running, it's nice to be able to meet new people and to keep track of the greys that steal your heart!

Well, hello. Legs Eudora is a gorgeous, gorgeous girl. I remember taking her picture for the site and she was just such a stunning baby. I am so glad she is fitting in with you. Krissy

Hi Krissy! Yes, Dora is a beautiful babe! Mind you my opinion is just a bit biased, lol! She fits in wonderfully with our family. I remember first calling to inquire about her availability and having Bill chuckle and say "there must be something about that picture". Apparantly there had been a good number of calls about her but the families always went home with another pup. I told this to my girls and my 8 year old started to cry and very firmly told me that we were not going to be another family to "turn their backs on her". I think the contract was signed, sealed and delivered that evening! The following day we went out to GRA and looked at her and a few others but my daughter was having a secret conversation with Dora. Mary informed me that she had promised Dora a home and that we wern't the kind of family to break promises! After I gave Bill our decision we went to the office to do the paper work and my Mary was crying. I asked her why and she said "I told Dora she was coming home with us but I bet she's sitting in that crate thinking we're leaving her behind" Even Bill had a little tear in his eye at that point! we had quite a trial with her sa problems but 10 sets of blinds and a cherry wood table later she is the perfect hound!
