So, Adam and Donna have become very close She is doing a lot better with the crate, we Just throw a cookie in there and she goes right in and lays down. We Took many more pictures but they are at my house on my laptop so I will get them maybe tomorrow. We were having a huge issue with her barking every time one of us or both of us left the room. We got her a vibration collar so we can train her to wait patiently. which is definitely working! We are working on getting her to sit and we want to train her to stay (which she sort of already knows) and lay down. I am not going to be around Donna as much as Adam for a few weeks because I am having issues with my health and need a break away from stuff. But I have a lot of faith that adam can handle taking care of her. She doesn't bark at the cats AS much as she used to... (This is kinda funny but kinda not at the same time) But one day that we let the cats into our bedroom they pooped in her crate... very rude... I guess they were getting her back for getting in their faces. All in all I'm happy to say we are quite happy with her in our lives. <3

Crafty also likes to bark, separation troubles, when I leave the room or the house but she is getting used to it.
Best of luck with your ongoing training.
I hope your time away is enjoyable and restorative.

Donna is more relaxed when she sees the cats now she doesn't bark she just looks at them... Today in the back yard I saw her watch a squirl but she did not chase it. I thought that was wierd.
We are working on her statuing, prompting her she isint being as stubburn with the stairs.
She still gets really anxious when she is by herself. She barks as soon as we leave. But If it's just one of us she seems okay, when adam leaves the room I try to pet her and comfert her letting her know I'm there and that she is safe with me, after a while of me petting her she will go to the door and howl... She has been howling a lot lately, instead of barking. is that a good sign? or bad?
We really like that we have a fenced in yard so we don't necessarily have to be outside with her, so if in the morning we can just do our thing when shes going to the bathroom outside, (make coffee brush our teeth etc)
I know I mentioned this in another post but her farts are really terrible... How do we fix this?

Sounds like you need another greyhound to keep her company. How about Rocco!! He really needs a new home and from what his previous owners told me, he is PERFECT.

Oh we Love donna so much but unfortunately can't afford nor have the space for a new dog! Plus Donna is a big handfull as it is! She sees renly all the time though and we go for walks, they are the perfect pet coupple!
Heres an Update on Donna We've had her for about 3 months now, She is our baby...
Adam was playing fetch with her (her fav game ever) and when the ball went into the garage door so did her head, she didnt even stop, so she has a scar on the top of her head now... But she's okay:)
Renly was over not long ago and she tried humping him... (so not like her) but he snarled at her and she left him alone.
She has a bed but doesnt sleep in it often... she normally sleeps with us until I wake her up and she growls at me then I kick her off the bed...
She has an aboundence of kong toys because all the stuffed toys we got her she ruined in a matter on minutes, we also had gotten her a few heavier duty toys from pet smart.
She really is a wonderful dog. We love her a lot and shes changed a lot from where she was when we first got her.

Okay so we are around the 4 month period and things are starting to settle down. Donna has become a very affectionate little girl. Adam and I are home a lot right now but next month I'm starting school. I'm anxious to see how she reaacts to the new situation. But Glad that adam will still be around. Right now she spends more time with me but thats all about to change. Donna is such a sweet little girl. She is like a two year old though, she gets into everything if you don't watch her. Thats why we are always not too far away. Weve taken her to the dog park a few times. With renly dog and ith my sisters dog arty. (a bulldog/charpe) Weve met all kinds of doggie friends there, from little shitzus to st bernards. We do not really kno hat to do about the Stink though, she has really aweful gas since we got her, were now using pimpkin in her food and its helping with the consistancy of her poop, but not her gas... anyone know anything that can help us with that? we invite any of you to come hang out in our back yard or go to the park with us anytime! we are friendly and excited to meet new people and puppys. <3

A couple of years ago I started my four on a probiotic once a day and the gas stopped. In this case, I didn't have to change their kibble. On occasion, I will smell gas but it's usually contributed to a stressful situation. I would add a tablespoon of plain/vanilla yogurt to her meal once a day and see if that makes a difference.
