Has anyone had experience with their Grey's having cysts. Zuzu had one on her shoulder that we had a biopsy done on and it was just a cyst nothing to worry about unless it go much bigger. (It's the size of a toonie) She has a few other little ones that the vet said we didn't need to worry about yet. Well it appears she has developed another lump on her side. It is really big but soft not hard like the others I really don't want to take biopsy's of them all. Any advise?

Tiger has a lump on his belly that is soft to the touch. The vet told me that it was a fat cell that had gone crazy and that it didn't need to be removed until it got to be the size of a golf ball.

Both my greys have a lump, if they deveoped more I would test every single one, mast cancer cells can occur even in fatty tumors, if left it can become a very aggressive cancer, only way to beat is to remove early, if it moves into the next stage the odds of getting all is much more difficult and in third stage most dogs will die within a year. 44% of greyhounds die of cancer, I have already lost one to, so I take every lump seriously until I get proof that it is harmless and it is a heck of a lot cheaper testing skin lumps for cancer compared to organs, Sunny has an almost $2000 dollar spleen.
