He's retired!!!! He's allowed to pack a few extra pounds, right?! Oh he's allowed...it just might give incentive to mommy to lose a few pounds at the same time LOL! ;D

Eeeks Ty goes for vet check-up next Friday and he weighs about 87 lbs (race weight was 83 lbs). Does the vet think that could be irritating Roman's issue whatever it is?

I didn't mean to offend all the "80something pound pups"! Roman's racing weight was about 73-75lbs I think, and he is typically about 77-78lbs in the summer. I only have last winter to compare his weight to, but he was about 80lbs. He's still healthy and happy, so I'm not concerned...I was just surprised when I saw the results on the scale! With all this crazy cold London weather, we just haven't had the opportunity to go on our usual daily walks. The vet didn't mention his weight being a factor for the whimpering...I don't think he's that much heavier that it would contribute. He's just got some "extra shake to his booty" right now that's all! LOL

All our boys have "extra booty shake" LOL! Jack's nickname is Bootylicious (or Big Sexy - depending on the day). Seriously, it's nice to know that Roman is feeling a little better these days.
