I was looking at my boys the other day and i thought "if they were human what would they be like?"
Server - He'd be a British gentleman. very polite and proper, kind of stuck up. He hates to get dirty or wet and will not engage in boisterous activities.
Gordie - He'd be a stereotypical American. Pushy, loud, thinks the world revolves around him. He loves getting dirty and he's the sh!t disturber in the house.
what about you? if your pups were human what would they be like?

Roo would still be in daycare. She would be that kid that you see out in the yard, playing harder then the others, shouting louder, instigating trouble and sneaking up on the good kids.
Auggy would be older, teens maybe. I could see him getting into alot of trouble. He's very curious, somewhat fearless, and quiet. He would have a crazy, silly side, but quite selective as who to show it to, a little mysterious even.

Good question....Charm would definitely be a teenager. Sleeps in everyday and then wanders to the kitchen looking for something to eat whenever she feels like it. She wants to decide where we go on walks and insists on making us wait while she checks out what friends have left "messages" on every post. She wants to be a kid when she's playing but is too dignified to get her paws wet or fur damp in the rain. She wants our approval and love but wants the best spot on the couch too. We love her soo much as her personality continues to blossom!!

Scout would be a teacher's pet...she is always trying to please, she sits before we can even get the treats out of the bag, and she has that "I'm better than you" attitude.
View is more of the class clown, always making us laugh, and trying to get Scout to join in on his fun!
What characters they are!!

We managed to pick hounds that matched our personalities....Araley's me and Dexter's my boyfriend.
Araley's got a somewhat dominant personality but doesn't like to upset us and gets all worried when she thinks we're upset. She's really smart but she does things on her terms or not at all.
Dexter's more laid back, he's easy going but boy does he love his food and treats. He's a bit of a clown at times but he's also very loyal and loving.

I know they're cats but i thought i would add them anyways.
Booger - (20 pound Maine Coon cat) He'd be a grumpy old man. he hates people in general. demands to be fed at 6:00 every morning. He complains all the time. he'd be that old guy sitting on the porch with a BB gun shooting the neighbor kids just because.
Vayder - he's the sidekick. always looking to please. Booger has him trained to mooch treats and bring them to him to eat. Vayder prefers quiet times, snuggles and belly rubs. He's bold and the first one to greet you when you come over

Okay, well if cats are allowed on this thread, then I am all over it. I have one cat named Tucker, and if he is like anyone at all, he is like my brother Craig. Both can be kind of moody. They used to be sh!# disturbers when they were young and impetuous, but now they have mellowed into early middle age. They both 'hiss' at things that annoy them, but they don't actually do anything about them. They just like to complain. They like people but don't want to seem needy. They both LOVE to eat but don't like to have to put an effort forth for it if there is someone else to take care of getting the food. For example, Tiki (my parents' cat) will run all over and and squawk to people when it is time to eat. While she is doing this, Tucker will just wander into the kitchen and sit by his bowl or the fridge because he knows Tiki is doing the legwork for him. Haha! That is my smart fuzzy little boy! Here he is on Youtube. www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kI6lSyperkLisa

I had to give this some thought. My son always compares our two dogs to military equipment (Tyson is an F-18 jet and our Lab an Abrams tank). But I have always thought if Ty could talk he would have a very snobby British accent. He lays on the couch with his front paws crossed, his head held regally looking down his nose at you. But then when he wants to play he reminds me of a drunk 20 year old in a mosh pit at a rock concert. The ever changing personalities ... I love it. Tara

Server would totally have a snooty British accent and it sounds like he Ty the way he lays on the sofa. never thought of describing Gordie as a drunk 20 year old at a concert but it make sense now that i think about it.
