Any update on your pup? I have just read all the posts and am wondering what the vet said. Please keep us posted.

Mr. Murph goes for chiropractic adjustments for his sore shoulder and back end. When I hear his nails drag when he walks and notice his tail doesn't hang straight I book another adjustment appt. The back end adjustment lasts longer than his poor shoulder does. Good luck

Well, firstly, I'd recommend getting x-rays. Secondly, consider a chiropractor. You could skip the x-rays and go straight to a chiropractor but that would be a bit risky considering the mis-alignment that seems to be happening. Ryder has been seeing a chiropractor off and on for a few years due to limping brought on by overexertion - indeed originally identified from his racing days. The x-rays would rule out anything major and would give clearance to a chiro to be able to manipulate the joints. He has seen great relief by going regularly, so it is something you'll need to commit to for the long haul. Good luck.
