I love the rubber curry mitt/hound mitt for bathing. Have you tried that, Scarletta? Wow, does the shampoo foam beautifully!

I love the rubber curry mitt/hound mitt for bathing. Have you tried that, Scarletta? Wow, does the shampoo foam beautifully! Yes! Between it and the Zoom groom is is awesome! I also use a Farnam's shine block to pick up all the dead skin and loose fur from his coat. Another made for horses product that works amazing on my boy! He is SUPER shiny and soft and that is important when you have a deep black coat. Black shows up everything! haha Just keep in mind if you buy a Farnam's Shine block (around $3 each) that when you open it, you will have some grey dust come out of the package. The block seems rough and you might think "OMG! This won't work!" but trust me, it works a treat and is not irritating to the pup. The edges round off as you use it and it works better and better!

You can resharpen the edges by dragging it on concrete.
