Has anyone feeding Kirkland chicken and rice experienced any problems with changes that Kirkland may have made to the food? Upset tummies, diarrhea

I feed my four Kirkland Lamb & Rice and haven't had any problems whatsoever. But there were two other threads about Kirkland food ... they are: Dog Food Recall by monique and kirkland Dog Food by DizzieIzzie. Both are listed just a few down from your thread. I'm wondering if you might have an old bag of Chicken & Rice?? You could always give Costco a call and see if the batch numbers that were recalled are the same as your current bag of kibble.

Hi YES!
I just bought a bag of Lamb and Rice hoping Cleo would do well on it as Im spending $75 every 3 weeks or so on Preformatrim Ultra from Pet Value for her. I was thinking even mixing it half and half to save a little....but.......
I put only a little of new food in her other food.....hours after .....runs and gas like nobodys business!!
Im not even sure I want to try again.....sigh.....
She is doing great on her current food and glossy coat...and no gas....its just so expensive... oh well....

We recently picked up a new bag of Costco's Nature's Domain Salmon and Sweet Potato and Summer doesn't want to eat it. Interesting. I give up on stuff manufactured by Diamond.

We had ours on Kirkland (lamb and rice) and I have to admit, loved the price but not the incosistency. One bag they'd do fine, the next, we'd have some issues. We are now on Nature's Harvest duck and sweet potato hypoallergetic (been for about 9 months) and it's worth every penny more. We won't go back to Kirkland although we have considered a mix to bring costs down. Priss and Zip have much better muscle tone and coat (less Zip's powder thing I wrote about before, but that started before the food change) and our Stinky Butt doesn't have a stinky butt anymore!!
