Hello! I have just adopted Ursula (I am very eager to get her home!!) and I am in need of a crate. I figured I may as well check to see if anyone here might have one they are willing to sell....I am in the London area.

OH MY GOODNESS. I'm just so thrilled to be reading that you have adopted Ursula!!! We adopted a broodie (Tarra) 6 months ago and can tell you that broodies are the best!!! She's our fourth grey and the sweetest thing on earth.
We're in Toronto and have a crate you could borrow. I know it's not that convenient so hopefully someone closer will contact you.
By the way Tarra only needed her crate for a week and then she happily said good-bye to it. You may just want to borrow or perhaps you can rent from Camp greyhound (Barrie area).
Good luck!! When do you pick Ursula up?!?
I'm just so excited for Ursula and you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you!! I am so excited too... I have been thinking of getting a companion for my family for some time now. I always said the only dog I would ever get was either a rescue greyhound or a retired breeder. When I went to see the pups at Bill's I did not go looking for any particular dog but as soon I walked in my eyes locked onto to Ursula - She is a sweet, beautiful dog.....I can't wait to get her home. I will be taking her home on Friday... Toronto is alittle out of the way for me, but thank you so much for offering! I happened to come across some photos you recently posted of Tarra running in the park... she is beautiful! You are lucky to have found eachother!

Friday....that's awesome! Please post photos as soon as you bring Ursula home. I just wanted to mention that you might have a little more luck with finding a crate if you post in the 'general information' thread. I nearly missed your post in the discussion section. Also I know there are a ton of people that would love to learn that Urusula has been adopted. I nearly added a post there just so everyone knew but that's your wonderful news to share. Can't wait for photos Barb

I just wanted to make sure she had some familiarity when she came home...we have had her now for a couple of weeks and she rarely uses it that's why I didn't want to buy a new one.

Did you find a crate yet? We bought a brand new 48" one with 2 bed/pen pad blankets so that it is nice and comfy, but our adoption didn't materialize. We paid $250 for the crate and 2 pads, we'd gladly sell it for 1/2 price if you are interested.
