Well Apollo continues to test us We started crating him last week as he peed and pooped in the house and he has been fine (other than whining) but today he tore up a blanket in his crate and peed all over it. Gigi is doing fine through all of this - she is getting along very well with Apollo, now if we could just get him settled. He actually slept through the night last night - didn't get us up to go out - he has been getting up twice a night and we pick up their water bowls by 9 usually. Looking forward to meeting everyone tomorrow - the hounds and I will be there along with the kids, but not till later in the afternoon.

Sounds like you've had a busy week! Have you asked Bill for some tips?
Oh...and I've got something here for you that you're going to love! Kiki modelled it earlier for the seamstress and didn't want to give it up he looked so cute! I think you'll be happy! See you tomorrow Sue!

It was very nice meeting you at the picnic. I hope Apollo's quirks iron out. These silly kids, they like to keep us on their toes.

It was very nice meeting you at the picnic. I hope Apollo's quirks iron out. These silly kids, they like to keep us on their toes. It was nice to meet you too ! And congrats on your wedding date! Didn't read the other thread till after the picnic. Apollo continues to be trying he tore apart a blanket again as well as the towel underneath the crate and peed on the blanket ( a repeat of Friday) so I think we will try again with no crate and keeping him muzzled in a gated off part of the house. Not sure what my oldest did with him this morning as I leave before the kids have to leave. The good thing is that my oldest is finished school at the end of this week and he is home for 2 full weeks before he goes away - so there will be someone home with Apollo and Gigi - just hope he doesn't get used to it. Actually Gigi doesn't like summers as she likes her peace and quiet during the day in her crate . Apollo is still getting up at least once in the night - we are picking up the water so not sure what else to do - Papa Bill said to pick the water up right after dinner - cut him off early. So we will see
