I think if I left them at all, it would be muzzled. The only problem with the bedroom is that its really small. Theres really only enough room for them to lay down at night to sleep. I guess it would be okay, but its not much more freedom than being crated, and I think they might get upset if they were locked in there, especially since theres an air conditioner in the window so they couldnt even look outside. Thanks for all you help by the way. I like getting ideas for leaving them uncrated. I can't wait until september when we have more room!

I wouldn't leave them locked in the room.. in a common area would be more suitable. Just ask Icarus who destroyed a metal door knob and made me do a bit of wood work and repainting to repair my bedroom door. Since Zooks and Nina crate so well, I'd continue doing that.

Thanks for your advice Jenn. They do crate quite well. I want to try uncrating them once we move, although Andrew doesn't see the need for it because they're so comfortable in their crates. :S I'd also be worried about leaving them in the bedroom and having them ruin my mattress one way or another, if you know what I mean, lol.
