oK... I have to ask... am I the only one who owns greyhounds that take dishes out of the sink and bring them to their owners? I had just finished asking my husband what he had ate for dinner and Abby brought me the remains of his dinner, and tigger brought me the fork. Abby also likes to steal my gtood silverwear and hide them in her bed... Are my greys just strange or is this a normal thing??

I had just finished asking my husband what he had ate for dinner and Abby brought me the remains of his dinner, and tigger brought me the fork. Abby also likes to steal my good silverwear and hide them in her bed... Are my greys just strange or is this a normal thing?? Well at least Abby has good taste!! Taking the good silverware, LOL ;D But seriously Greyhounds are considered hoarders, they like to take stuff their owners have touched and just hide it/keep it. I don't know about taking it out of the sink though - that is an interesting twist.

I could leave a plate with food on it in the middle of the living room and they would ignore it completly, but put it in the sink and she cant get it quick enough.

Hotwire stole the remote and my pillow today. He turned on the tv, but don't know if he can change channels yet!

Hotwire took the remote and my pillow again today. He turned on the radio this time! He also pulled back the blanket on the bed and adjusted the rest of the pillows. I think he is really settling in now!

Abby's newest thing she started this week is bringing me my husband's clothes every morning, tossing them around and then sometimes peeing on them.

I think I'd rather they sneak dirty dishes... Atlas like dirty undies and bras!!!! I had to learn to hide them from him, otherwise, I could see him presenting guests with my unmentionables!

My Lab did too. We then gave him a few of our old/odd socks tied together in knots. I was told they like them because they have the strongest amount of your scent on them. Tyson doesn't take clothing or dishes but he has a thing for my daughters mp3 player and hording all the toys on his blanket. Tara
