Glad the vet ruled out anything serious. Good ;luck trying to narrow down the problem. Keep us posted and give him a hug for me.

A few thoughts:
Diarrhea, especially repeated diarrhea, is not normal. Panting isn't typical either. Something is wrong and you're right to want to find the problem.
If you have done standard fecals, you might consider an SAF and/or a fecal culture. Not everything is found in a standard fecal.
Does he have much gas? I wonder if the panting is due to pain from gas.
His food might not agree with him. Limiting his diet until you find the source of the problem can help, as can food allergy testing.
I hope you can figure out the problem(s).

No panting tonight! Same food as last night, same pepcid dose. I think it may have been the trif meds so maybe he could have had worms and they didn't show up in any tests so far? Going to keep my fingers crossed and keep him on the cooked chicken and rice until his stool gets better but even 3 hours after eating he's pretty normal.

Back in September your bone content was too high, it's possible this could have started an irritation. I have lots of ideas, but no time to post them all, if you're still having issues and you're stuck, feel free to give me a call at Camp Greyhound. Both GreyPoopon and Sandysfarm both have more experience with this kind of thing than they care to have, I'm in the same club. 416..907..3290
