Took nearly a year bang on for Kasey's full personality to come out. Ryder is still surprising to me after 3 years, but for the most part he also showed signs of his full personality at 1 year. We know what Kasey is going to do before Kasey knows what he's going to do

We have had our grey "Ace" since 09/2011 and he is just now starting to cuddle. I was soooo disappointed that he was not at a cuddler when we got him, so much so that he didn't want anyone near his space. He will now come stand near us when he wants some love. I will also invite him on occasion to join me on my couch where he will lay next to me or roach.

We've only had Froggy since Nov 2012, but every month we see changes. Most are good, but she does have set-backs once in a while. Most recently she has become terrified of the lobby floor again. We overcame that after a few weeks of having her home, but she has it in head again that the floor is the enemy. It took her months to roach, but man, were we ever excited when she did it. Now a sudden paw in the face is a common occurance.

It took my first grey (Chicky) a couple of weeks to settle in and figure out our routine. She quickly became attached to me but was quite independent/confident. My second grey (Buffy) picked up exactly where Chicky left off. She fit right in as if she had read the "Coles Notes" of my life routine. I think she roached within the fist couple of days, requested snuggle times and could be trusted with my cats be the end of the first week. They were both old girls though so that likely made a difference (they knew they had a lot of retirement living to catch up on!)

Boaz took quite a long time to fit in. He was very aggressive and bit my husband and I a few times before he figured out his place in the pack. After a few months of hard work on everybody's part, he decided to trust us and is now a complete goofball. He cuddles, plays and acts like a nut around everybody, but I have to say it took about 6 months. Well worth the wait!
