Hi! I was just wondering what the best way is to contact Bill and the GRA. I have tried email, using both the one for kennel mom and the AOL one listed on the website, but I've never gotten any response. I would like some more information about the adoption process with the GRA (I.e. what are the adoption fees, what is the adoption time frame like etc.).
I am often hard to get in touch with over the phone because I don't have voicemail, so I was trying to avoid that route. I'm hoping there is an alternative to perpetual phone tag?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance :-)

Hi there! I've found the best way is truly by phone. When I've left a message I've usually gotten a return call in the evening (a little later if I do recall correctly).
As for the timeframe, once you visit the kennel and a dog picks you (yes, it happens), it'll depend on whether they've had their vet visit to spay or neuter. If a female isn't ready I think it could be a couple of weeks. My first boy was a week and my second was ready so I returned to pick him up the next day!
Good luck!!

Don't give up.. keep phoning and sending your emails..it will be will worth the phone tag, believe me If you do adopt, consider Jitter, he's a great pup and very happy and playful!

The phone worked for me as well, an email did get a response, but it said to call. Don't give up your new best friend is waiting for you

I had emailed first and I did get a reply but if i remember correctly it took a couple of days before i got it, and like someone else mentioned it said to call. First time I called no one answered so i left a message and Bill called back sometime later during the day. You could probably specify a time which is best to reach you. Good luck with finding your pooch and it will all be worth it in the end when you have your pup
