For those of you who have read the post about the Pinery Trails Greywalk on October 14th, please respond by indicating how many people will be in your party. Reason for this is that if we get a certain amount, I may be able to get us a guest park pass, therefore, less cost to you for your day car pass.

I will try to attend. Need to convince my parents to take Gibson for the day as he is not up for a walk of this type. If so, it will be me and Fire (1 person and 1 pup)
How much are the regular fees?

There will be 3 people and 3 perhaps 4 dogs in my vehicle. I sent Tara a PM. I hope it worked.
Any word yet on the cost of entering the park?

Yep. The PM worked and we will be there. Probably only three dogs unless there is enough room in Gail's car for my BIG Lab. Probably not though oh well his dad will have to do something special with him when he gets home from work. Tara

The cost according to the web site says between $7 and $15 per car for Day use.

Thanks for letting us know you are bringing non-greys. I'll be sure to leave Orion at home.

I won't be bringing my Lab. Him and his dad have plans.

Why does Orion have to stay home if there are other breeds of dogs?
I will have Matt, my bouvier and Valerie, my greyhound with me along with Tara, her daughter, and Tyson, her greyhound.
Thanks for the tip about muzzling in the car. I had not thought of that. When my older bouvier, Tessa, was alive and I had the 3 bouviers in my car, Tessa would do a small growl whenever anyone touched her. I always thought about parents with children in the back seat when one child exclaims "you touched me", etc. Tessa never meant anything by it as she never followed up on the growl but whoever was touching her may have moved. I could never check this out because I was driving and I am supposed to be looking where I am driving.

we would love to go if the weather is good Willow, Greely & me and maybe one other if possible(human I mean). I'm also not sure how long of a drive that would be from Chatham, hope it's not too long for the pups? anyone know about how long and is it easy to find the park once we get close to it? we would probably only make the 12:30 trail is that ok too.
