Last Wed., after turnout, we brought home Toni, who we have renamed Halley. First stop was to Pet Value for a bath. Then on to home, where she saw her new pack for the first time through the patio door. Then the pack meets her in the backyard. I think Brandy is a little put out about having another girl in the pack, but the boys don`t mind her I think Sharky has a new girl friend! she wasn`t sure how to get up the deck steps, but can now go up the steps and down the ramp after a couple of stressful hours it was time for a rest. Halley on the floor and Comet is on the dog bed she uses her crate in the living room during the day, if she wants, and goes in and out at will. Beau is looking on. I think we know where Beau stands in the hierarchy order. She tried this with Sharky, but he got up and wouldn`t let her stand over him! she is a fast learner when it comes to getting her evening snack today she got a chicken foot Things will work out with our 2 cats. As long as the cats are still, she ignores them, but if they run, then she would chase, if we weren`t right there to stop things, so a little bit of work still to be done here. Our family room is in the basement, so she has to use the `daddy` elevator as she can`t do the stairs yet. Luckily she is a tiny thing She is quite affectionate and loves belly rubs. All in all she`s a keeper and we hope to have many years of fun with her!

Wow guys, she's a doll and what a wonderful home she has come home to! You have a beautiful yard for all of those gorgeous greyhounds to run around in, and I can only imagine Halley would be thinking she has arrived in heaven! Congratulations to you all! M

Congratulations on bringing home Halley! The photos are really great and nicely capture the new adventure that has just begun. She is truly a beautiful little girl... I think Brandy will soon be happy that she has a gal-pal amongst all the boys

Love is…….adding another beautiful greyhound to your home. Congratulations on your new addition and I know that Halley will bring you years of happiness.
It is wonderful to see Sharky looking after his new sister (we remember Sharky at the kennel when we brought our “Angel Gable” home).

Congratulations! We too, used the 'daddy-elevator' for a while! Love that ramp, if you have time could you give us the details on that? Our back deck steps get slippery sometimes and a ramp might be helpful. Have fun with your new addition!
